We install new passive fire systems and rectify defective or non-compliant fire stopping using tested and approved products. All works are carried out in accordance with AS 1530.4, installed to comply with AS 4072.1 and meet the requirements of the National Construction Code (NCC).
Upon completion, we provide comprehensive documentation, photographic evidence and compliance records to support certification, audits and ongoing regulatory obligations.

Following each inspection, you’ll receive a comprehensive report detailing the compliance status of the inspected systems, identified defects, photographic evidence and clear recommendations for any required rectification works. Our reports provide the documentation needed to support regulatory compliance, certification requirements, asset management and ongoing building maintenance.
Following the inspection and/or completion of rectification works, we can issue a Passive Fire Compliance Certificate confirming that the passive fire systems and works inspected or completed by us comply with the relevant Australian Standards and the requirements of the National Construction Code (NCC).
